This home was treasured by the same family since 1974, when it was built.
Below are a few happy memories and some favorite things from the family.

  • Large and comfortable living – Warm and welcoming, this home lived large with family often playing in the rec room, dining together, playing games and enjoying the open yard.
  • Family gathering place – Kids, adults, and grandparents all gathered for Christmas, Thanksgiving, summer holidays and birthdays!
  • Perfect for entertaining teens – The rec room was a great space for hanging out, watching movies and playing pool. A fun space to hang out with friends.
  • Backyard shenanigans – We loved playing pickle, baseball, wiffle ball and football on the lawn. The large backyard was our summer playground.
  • Weowna Park – Located across the street, it’s a safe and a great place to explore. Weekends and summer afternoons were often spent walking the trails along the lake.
  • Garage projects – Not just for parking! Woodworking with dad in the garage was very special-built a wooden golf bag stand that still is treasured.
  • Gorgeous living room – Incredibly impressive yet intimate. It was always the beloved space to enjoy.
  • Gardening – The garden brought so much joy to our parents. Mom had spectacular roses, tomatoes and all varieties of plants that she loved taking care of.
  • Perfect entertaining house – They entertained many friends, enjoyed bridge card games, business dinners with Japanese and Italian delegations, rehearsal dinners and more! Each guest walked way full of good food, laughter and friendship.
  • Private driveway – Being a bit set back from the street and having the private road/driveway gives a sense of privacy. Plus, it’s great for extra parking when entertaining.  
  • Great location! – Close to Phantom Lake pool club, schools and Sammamish State Park. And, quick access to I-90 always made getting around so easy.
